PILFERED MAGAZINE →
My co-worker posted a link to this relatively new online magazine this morning. I took a peak to see what it was all about. At first glance I did not get it. Several of the images I had seen on the web at some point . It just seemed like a collection of pretty imagery. I enjoyed browsing though and was not disappointed by any image used in the new issue. I wanted to know what it was all about...
Tremors
All around me. People I know and people who I don’t know but know their stories. Jobs are being lost left and right. Some are devastating and unexpected while others are another chapter in life. Since the beginning of our falling economy people have asked me “Are you affected?” I always answered no. My brother and I talk about it often; him working up in New York in the financial...

Thank you for the “do not have to reblog to answer a question” option on tumblr. It was much needed.

TWEEEEET Design →
A great site that lets you read up on some of the most followed Designers and Design blogs on twitter. The site is nicely laid out and is a very well organized way to keep tabs on whats happening in the world of design. Have seen a couple of my friends on there including my friend Damien Correll. Check it out.
Asher Roth: The Greenhouse Effect →
I had heard a lot of chatter about Asher Roth and seen him on the Undrcrwn site wearing the College Collection. I had never heard any of his stuff which shocked me because he is from PA. While cleaning this past weekend I decided I needed some new music so I put on his album and I was pleasantly surprised. The Greenhouse Effect was much better then I had expected and I am definitely looking...
Two of my girlfriend and I appear in this video from Current TV about the rebirth of Passyunk Ave. in south Philadelphia. We were just hanging out on the stoop having some beers and a guy stopped to ask us some questions.

Moleskine →
Moleskine just released their newly designed site that is just as simple as their product. If I were to imagine how a Moleskine would look if redesigned for interactive use, this would be it. The color palette was well chosen and I like the hint of color they added in the navigation (the different nav options are implied through color just like the different Moleskine book option). Plus the nice...
Mad Decent Radio #36 & #35 are making my day.
Completely rockin’ out at my desk.
Hey Studio →
Hey Studio is based in Barcelona and has a nice showcase of some impressive and clean work. A studio like this is a great example of how a “back to basics” approach to design can still be done beautifully and well. Below are some examples of their poster work.
First time I watched this video I got super pissed off because I thought my computer was seriously lagging. Then discovered after restarting that it was how the video was done.
It kind of messes with you at first to see everything move so slow, stop, then go but I actually love this being done with heavy beat oriented music.
